• Gift notes & gift wrapping
Answer: Is this a gift SHIPPING DIRECT the recipient? I can omit the receipt and include a personal note from you in the package. Just let me know what you would like the note to say in the gift note field at checkout. We do not offer gift wrap at this time.
• Do you offer custom design services?
Answer: No, I am not currently taking on any new custom design work. We just don’t have time!
• What is the turnaround time for items?
Answer: Orders are typically ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Default shipping is based on the following guidelines: Orders of $45 or less (excluding shipping charges): USPS First Class Mail – 2-5 business days in transit Orders over $45 (excluding shipping charges): USPS Priority Mail – 1-3 business days in transit You have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout if your order is $45 or less. If you need faster shipping than the times above, please contact me prior to placing your order!
• Do you send digital proofs before printing?
Answer: I only send PDF proofs if requested, or if I feel I need your approval prior to printing. Most orders do not require the proofing step and it allows me to get your items to you much faster! If you would like a proof before I print, please let me know in the notes section at checkout. All proofs are emailed to the email address on the order. If you have another you prefer please provide it. All PDF proofs are locked, unprintable files and are for preview purposes only.
• What kind of paper and printing do you use?
Answer: All paper items in my shop are digitally flat printed with archival inks. Notecards are printed on smooth, white, heavyweight 100lb. coverstock. Notepads are printed on matching smooth, white 70lb. text weight paper – much heavier than standard paper, but not as thick as coverstock. ALL white paper is Neenah Classic Crest Solar White premium stock
• Is your logo printed on the cards?
Answer: Yes, my logo is printed small in light grey on the bottom back center of the cards as a quality mark. If you would like this left off, please let me know at the time of purchase and I will accommodate your request.
• Will the printed colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
Answer: All monitors and devices display color differently, therefore on screen colors may vary from printed colors. Please note that the gold on the swatch chart is NOT metallic – it is simply gold in hue.
• How are your items packaged?
Answer: Notecards and envelopes are packaged in beautiful clear plastic boxes and notepads are packaged in sealed cello sleeves–making perfect gifts for yourself or someone special!
||| ORDERING QUESTIONS |||
• How do I add my personalization?
Answer: Please type your personalization into the correct fields on the item screen before adding to your cart. I will copy and paste your text exactly as you input it, so please DOUBLE CHECK it!! In cases where the listing states the text is all upper or lowercase, the name will be converted to that case.
• I filled out the order form and it won’t let me add to cart – why?
Answer: The product pages are set up to not allow you to add to cart unless all required fields are completed. Please check the personalization fields and be sure they are all complete before trying again. If you think there is a glitch, please email me and I can help! [email protected]
• Why don’t I see the matching envelope color for the ink color I picked?
Answer: We offer 36 ink colors but only 21 envelope colors. This is because many of our ink colors would be so dark if used for envelopes that you would not be able to write on it with a black pen and still read it. We are also limited to only having envelopes made for the shades we can find matching colored paper for.
• I found an item that is close to what I am looking for, but not quite. Can the designs be changed?
Answer: There's no straight answer for this other than - sometimes. If you are looking for a custom change to a design, please email me before ordering and I will let you know what is possible and if there will be an additional fee associated with the change.
• Can you print my logo?
Answer: Possibly!! Please send me an email with what you are looking to have made along with the logo file you would like printed. I will review the file quality and request and let you know what is possible and the fee associated with the changes.

• What shipping service do you use?
Answer: We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all our shipping.
• Can you use a different shipping carrier?
Answer: Unfortunately at this time, we only have an account with USPS and only have daily pickups from them. If you really need UPS or FEDEX, please email me at [email protected] and let me know and we can see what is possible.
• I need my items super fast – can I get express shipping?
Answer: Yes! We can upgrade your item to USPS Express Overnight shipping for an additional fee. The fee will depend on the size and weight of your order, so if you feel you need the overnight shipping service, please email me at [email protected]
• Are your delivery times guaranteed?
Answer: Our delivery dates are simply estimates of when your item is expected to be delivered. We strive to beat those delivery times with every order, but once we ship the order, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. The only service that offers guaranteed delivery dates is the USPS Express Overnight service - if you need this service please email me.
||| ISSUES WITH ORDERS |||
• There’s an issue with my shipping address. Can it be changed?
Answer: If you notice an issue with an address, please contact me as soon as possible with the corrections. All orders will be sent to the address given on the order unless otherwise requested. Please ensure this address is ACCURATE and COMPLETE as I will use it EXACTLY as given. I have no way to know if the address is correct, so please DOUBLE CHECK when completing the payment process.
• I received my order and there is an issue with it (wrong, damaged, etc) – what should I do?
Answer: Please let me know and I will make it right!!! If we made a mistake I will get it fixed immediately! It doesn't happen often, but being as handmade as we are, the human element means mistakes happen sometimes. I want you to love your order, so please message me and I will help - [email protected]
• I think my item is lost in the mail. What should I do?
Answer: The postal service does lose packages from time to time. If you think your package should have arrived, but has not, please email me and I will help! [email protected]
• Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Answer: Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of personalized items. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping or I made a mistake on your order, please contact me immediately. I want you to be super happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied in any way, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right!
