Welcome to my shop!
Hello there!! I’m Alexis Austin, the founder/CEO/momboss behind Curio Press. Most days you can find me in a tank top and yoga pants, in my studio, designing and printing stationery. If I’m not there, you can probably catch me exploring St. Louis with my family, cooking (A LOT), or designing our new house.
Over the past 6 years, I have become known for creating beautiful stationery and amazing, personal customer service. Little secret? I also have an obsessive personality…but I use that to give my clients the best experience and product I can.
I feel so lucky to give people the tools to connect with the important people in their lives and make it easy to make a great impression, whether you are sending a note or giving a gift. Stationery should convey your unique style and make an impact for the recipient! I also believe mundane tasks like jotting notes or making a simple grocery list can bring joy if the medium you use makes you feel good.
As a stationer and small business success, I have been featured by St Louis Business Journal, Saint Louis Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Brit+Co and many more!
If you are dying to hear more, check out my non-Curio blog for posts about things like motherhood, living with chronic illness, clean living and of course, how to have great communication!
Meet My team
My right hand gal and full-time, production manager. She is in charge of making sure your order gets printed, packed and out the door. She loves dogs, great burgers and all things Jeep. When she is not at work, you can probably find her doing DIY to her home, camping, or taking a bath.
One of our part-time production assistants and a working momma to a darling new baby! Brandi loves listening to podcasts and researching health topics to help her deal with her own autoimmune issues.
Sarah is a part-time production assistant and also has a job teaching horse riding lessons at a local barn. She spends all her free time with horses, especially her main man, Gunner.
Caitlyn is in her senior year of high school but works with us as a part-time production assistant to help her pay for her passion – her horse. She has been riding since she was a little girl and if she is not working you can probably find her at the barn.
